Resin can warp ever so slightly under strong direct sunlight or extreme heat. If this happens, take the piece away from the source and it will go back to its original shape.

Epoxy resin is a hard-wearing and durable substance, so all you need is a soft clean and mild soap to clean. It is not suitable for dishwashers and using harsh cleaning chemicals is not recommended. 

Resin isn't scratch resistant so to keep your piece looking great keep it away from sharp objects.

Although your silicone piece is incredibly flexible and strong, this doesn't mean it's unvulnerable. It can tear under extreme stress, e.g. when pulled way beyond it's natural shape.

Over time, with use, the silicone will lose its shape; this is unavoidable. To prolong the shape, store your mould in a cool environement it's own, with nothing crushing it from any side.  

Please note that with the mould curving around the top of the plug, it will be thinner in this area only. Take great care to ensure the mould has separated from your plug before you pull it out as it can tear.

To clean, use warm water and mild soap only. Allow to air dry for several hours before its next use.

If the item is custom/personalised, intimate in nature or on sale then no. If the item isn't any of those things then I gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

As each item is handmade and made to order it can take between 4-7 working days to post an item.

Unless requested before purchase, I post all of my items via Royal Mail standard delivery. This doesn't come with a tracking number.

If you have upgraded your order to tracked delivery, please check https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and include the tracking number. This should be included within the dispatch email you received. 

For all orders, I use the Royal Mail. If you're outwith the UK, your order will then be passed to the main courier company within your country, after it's cleared customs.

If you wish to use another company, such as DPD, Evri etc, please message about this either before or after placing your order. Please be aware that I don't offer discounts for companies like I do for the Royal Mail, so I will require the full postage cost to be paid before I ship.
